I found out about this after a salesman talked to me and asked me to check my cell phone bills. It turned out, they double charged my data plan for the previous month – who knows how they charged me in the past 5 years I was with them. No time to check. I switched right away. Luckily the new company offered me significant rebate which almost paid off the penalty fees for leaving. And now I get much better plans than before
